I live in ‘sunny’ South Manchester with my wife Sian, who runs her own healthcare business, and our three teenage kids. When I'm not coaching, you can find me enjoying sports, traveling or exploring my Christian faith.
For over 25 years, I've been knee-deep in Human Resources in fast-paced corporate settings while juggling the joys and challenges of a neurodiverse family. It wasn't until I tried 1:1 coaching myself that I realised the incredible impact it can make - I wished I'd done it sooner!
